When was the last time you were able to access the web site?
What is the web site address you are trying to access?
Some secure web sites require a browser with 128 bit encryption. To determine what cypher strength you have from your Internet Explore click on Help and about Internet Explore and where the Cypher strength is listed is your encryption.
Home page
To change your home page click on start, settings, control panel, and in the general tab on the first line is the home page.
I do apologize for the inconvenience. If another page is being loaded when you connect to the internet you can easly change the home page (start page). Please refer to the following web page;

Type in www.worldnet.att.net and ignore the buttons directly below that and click on the apply button and Ok button.
IE Connection
Click on start, settings, control panel, and in the Connection tab Then it should be set at AT&T worldnet as default.
Click apply and ok
Content
Click on start, settings, control panel, and in the Content tab and click on the Auto complete button and click on the Clear password button to clear password.
Click on the clear forms button to clear the drop down menu choices that are displayed.
Note the check marks above that for saving the options you can remove these check marks by clicking on them.
Go ahead and click on the apply and ok buttons to save the changes.
